Last night there were several butterflies,
I don’t know why, they did not fly high.
Their little wings with big colors can easily take anyone high.
Higher then dreams.
High enough to have a new perspective….where all you see are the wonderful colors nothing else.
Soon the phone rings. Now I know why they lined up near the phone.
Just could not drift away from the sweet voice and the mesmerizing giggles.
Once again thanks, thanks and thanks for filling my memories with the overwhelming sweetness.

Shobuj ghashe kotoh ronger molat dewa.
Modhur ganer motoh batash kane-kane sur ghole.
Nishtobh aakash kemon jeno kalo dhaka niye takiye dekhe.

Chole jaye ek hippie meye kisher ashaye , kisher khoje.
Chadiye shob bandhon,kirom pa-pa hente dhukejaye oe chobite rong bene.
Kotho kolpona ke sporsho kore,
Kotoh gane se sur bhore.
Kotoh shopner choke ghum bhore.

Panjorer khanchaye bondo hridoye, parena jete bandhon chadiye.
Amaye tane se geye kotoh modhur gaan.
Mishti besh hanshi bhora tar pran.

Hente chole se ek hippie meye.
Na cheye pichudhori jeno ghumer ghore.

Thakte dao , daak diyona.
Bhangiona shopno bhora ae ghum.

Waiting for another day to be ….
……as beautiful as yesterday.
Perhaps today is little more beautiful.
There are more colors……
……….these are more deeper then the rest.

Waiting for a brighter day…..
……that’s a hotter day then today.

Ae-pada oe-pada khuje bedai , ek shongini
Shathe nei je shongini, abar aashe abar haraye.

Dekhi ni ekhono monn bhore , koasha gire phele je keno oke.
Aaj na thakte pare koasha jodiye niyeche oe shongini ke.

Amar shongini , aache amar shate.
Dekhi ok maje shaje. Kokhono besh modhur .
Kokhono aabcha hoye jaye.
Oi shonginii aamar, koasha kadate parbena takhe.

Koasha bhora pothe , kancha dhaner khete joler kolbol-kolbol.
Mone hoye jeno shonge chute choleche amar shopno.
Dur cholejaye ek gadi dhakpak-dhakpak beg uthaye amar mone.
Agiyecholi sae bandher pade koasha bheja payer chap dhore.
Hotat mone holo sae shwet poddo jeno koasha chadiye fute uthlo.
Shurjer aalo jeno chole elo aakrishto hoye.

Kalo jole bhashe gado shobuj poddopata modhe boshe swet poddo jeno muktor mala pore.
Batash dilo keta-kutu , khil-khil kre uthlo henshe.
Pade boshe shudu duchokh cheye thaki oe shundor shada podder dike.
Na pari chede uthte, na pari chute aar nahi pai shahosh sae kalo jole namte.
Drishti bhore dekhi shudu sopno, rakhi jodiye nijhridoye sae sopno je shudu aamar.

शायद यह एक वृतान्त है ।
आज सुबह से ही मैं सूट ओर बूट मैं था ,
गले पर बन्धी थी टाई ,
कलम मे थी भरपूर श्याही।
अब मै घन्टों तक लिख सकता था ।
भीड़ मे मै अकेला दिख सकता था ।
लम्बी नाक पर काला चश्मा टिका था,
चश्मे कि छाया के बाद भी ,मुझे घोटाला साफ़ दिखा था ।
आपने मानस पटल पर मुझे आज फ़िर वह प्रश्नचिन्ह दिखा था ।
शायद क्रूर समय ने उसे सुईयों से खोदकर लिखा था ।
भीड़ से आती आवाज़ ने मुझे झंझोड़ दिया ।
मेरे सूखे आंसुओं को निचोड़ दिया ।
अब मै दूसरों पर उंगली उठाने से पूर्व अपने अंगूठे को देख रहा था ।
अपने गुनाह कबूल कर मै अपनी आत्मा के समक्ष घुटने टेक रहा था ।
किताब मे नज़रें गाड़े मै अपने कमज़ोर आंसुओं को रोक रहा था ।
शयद मै अपने निशचय को सोख रहा था ।
मै अपने बढ़ते कदमों को रोक रहा था ।
एक आग मै स्वयं को झोंक रह था ।
उस प्रकाश के पीछे आने वाला अन्धकार मुझे दिख रहा था।
मै प्रश्न्चिन्हों से अपन चरित्र लिख रहा था।
शयद मै बन्द आंखों से स्वयं को देख रहा था ।
अपने अतीत को फ़ूंककर मै अपनी अगती को सेंक रहा था ।
